Whoever said you were too young/old to live that dream..... Curry Hammock,
       Florida Keys ....was wrong!

We stopped by a park called Leisure Time in Palgrave, just north of Toronto.  Took the opportunity to do some rearranging after we loaded up more junk from the storage spot.  Well a few items I am unloading at my parents place in PEI.  We’ll have to check in at a weigh station.
Discovered another What Not to Do:  do not place the sewer hose *unsecured* in the back of the truck.  When we were leaving Hammock Harbour, it started raining when I was pumping it out.  Now I didn’t want to jam that stinky thing back into the compartment.  So I throw it in a bag and chuck it on the back of the truck.  Driving down the road, I see it jump up over the side of the truck and slink across the yellow line.  Good thing it was an 80 km zone and not the 400.  Pull off to the side.  It’s far enough back for me to grab my bicycle…  and Cat took the liberty of taking a picture while laughing at me.

Thank goodness no one got hurt, except the hose, but it was on its last legs anyway.  It had been run over a couple times at Hammock Harbour due to the placement of the drain.
A solution for storing the sewer hose is attaching a long piece of PVC piping under the unit to hold the hose while not in use.  I’ll let you know how I make out…  when I get around to it.  Thanks to a once neighbour John, he was full of useful tidbits.
We’re shortly on our way, just have to get some service work done at Smith’s Falls and next time we touch in should be on the east coast.  Slowly but surely....
